HOW DO I DECIDE WHICH SIZE AND MEDIUM TO ORDER?
Great question! Here's a little guide to help you. If you have further questions, please contact us and we can discuss it with you.
SMOOTH FINE ART PAPER - This is a lovely choice and offers a nice, museum quality fine art paper by Hahnemuhle. You'll need to order a mat or frame for the print.
WATERCOLOR FINE ART PAPER - This is printed on watercolor fine art paper with premium archival inks that produces images with rich colors. You'll need to order a mat or frame for the print.
CANVAS - Canvas gives a beautiful painterly finish. What's nice about the canvas print is that it is Finished as you don't need a mat or frame. Canvas is lightweight, easy to hang and durable.
METAL PRINTS - Available in High Gloss, Mid-Gloss, Satin, Sheer Glossy, & Sheer Matte.
Wall Display Options: Float Mount Hanger, Custom Framing, Exhibit Mount
WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?
FOR PRINTS We will choose the most cost-effective shipping carrier based on the items ordered and their
destination. Shipping times range from 1-7 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your
order has been shipped.
Please note: there is shipping time AND production time. Therefore, please allow 2-5 days for
production of your print; then add a few more days for shipping.

Large Size Products and Crating Policies
Due to shipping requirements and the potential for damage, some products over 30" on the short side, or over 40" in length must be crated at an additional cost. All additional Crate fees are included in the product total.
- Crate for MetalPrints over 30x40 to 40x60 $15.00 (required)
- Crate for MetalPrints over 40x60 $20.00 (required)
Products over 40" long that are shipped flat may require freight shipping,
We can provide freight quotes for these orders. Please allow additional time for the quote and freight delivery times.
Shipping Outside of the Continental US, Expedited Shipping, and Special Requests
APO shipping is charged full cost and sent via USPS.
Requests for shipping outside of the continental United States, other types of shipping, and expedited shipping will be charged at full cost.
We are not responsible for duties and taxes required for international shipping.
Shipping Quotes are available for large orders or orders shipping to international destinations. Please contact us vartus@rcn.com with the details of what will be in the order and the address it will be shipped to.
FOR ORIGINALS & SPECIAL PRINTS in 2 sizes- Free shipping on US ground, please contact me for international shipping fee.
WHAT IS YOUR POLICY ON RETURNS/EXCHANGES/REFUNDS?
- We want you to be happy with your selection of artwork, so if for any reason you are not satisfied, we can exchange it for something else, minus a 25% restocking fee. Feel free to contact me prior to placing your order if you have any questions about your selection.
- We do our utmost to ensure that your prints are packaged carefully and arrive safely at their destination.
- In the unlikely event that any of the prints arrive damaged, please keep all packaging and take photos on your phone as soon as you open the box, and send them to us within 2 days of arrival of the package. Please Do Not hang the artwork. Please contact me with your order number and pictures of the damage. Images must be taken upon arrival of the item - so please open it and inspect it the day it arrives.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
All print sales are final. Please contact me as soon as possible in case of emergency. If it's already gone to print we cannot cancel it.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS A REFUND?
Processing a refund can take up to 7-10 business days.
